1. Purpose
VynkHub is owned by Arkalys, located at 4 Av du Parc, 33830 Belin Beliet, France. Registered SIREN 514 858 828
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (GTU) is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the VynkHub service (hereinafter "the Service").
By creating an account or using VynkHub, you accept these TOU without reservation.
2. Description of the service
VynkHub is an online platform allowing users to:
- Keep a personal trading journal.
- Record, analyze and track their positions and strategies.
- Organize their notes and investment data.
VynkHub does not provide investment advice and is in no way a financial intermediary.
3. Access to the service
The Service is accessible via an Internet connection and a compatible browser.
The user is solely responsible for the quality and stability of his/her Internet connection.
Access may be paid or free depending on the subscription chosen (see section 6).
4. User account
Opening an account requires a valid e-mail address.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers and any activity carried out with his account.
VynkHub reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of misuse or non-compliance with the TOS.
5. Authorized use
The user agrees to:
- Not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to VynkHub's systems.
- Respect applicable legislation (particularly with regard to data protection).
6. Subscriptions and billing
VynkHub can offer several subscription formulas (free, premium, professional).
The terms (price, duration, features included) are specified at the time of subscription.
In the event of non-payment, access to the Service may be suspended.
No refunds will be made except as provided by law.
7. Intellectual property
The entire Service (trademarks, logos, design, code, content) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Arkalys.
The data entered by the user (notes, analyses, logs) remain his/her property. The user retains all rights to its content.
8. Liability
VynkHub makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
The user acknowledges that the data and analyses it records are its sole responsibility.
VynkHub assumes no responsibility for investment decisions made by the user. The Service is an organizational and monitoring tool, not financial advice.
9. Personal data
Use of the Service involves the collection and processing of certain personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Cancellation
Users may delete their account at any time from their personal space.
In the event of a breach of these TOS, VynkHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account without notice.
11. Modifications to the GCU
VynkHub may modify these TOU in order to adapt to changes in the Service or legislation.
The user will be informed of any modifications and must accept them in order to continue using the Service.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and unless otherwise provided by law, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Bordeaux.
